VAT: With effect from February 1st 2010 all prices will be subject to vat. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are excluding vat. Overseas customers and overseas customers within the European Union must read section 8 in the contract of sale regarding the charging of vat.
SHIPPING: Orders are normally despatched within 2 working days from the date of payment. If your order is to be shipped any later than 2 days we will let you know.
SHIPPING COSTS: Orders being shipped within the UK will be charged £7.00 postage and packing and will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
ORDERS BELOW £75.00: Any orders received with a value of less than £75.00 (before shipping , vat and other costs) will be charged a fee of £15.00. Please note this fee is not a shipping charge (please see 'shipping' above) and will be charged ASWELL AS the shipping fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship from the UK so if you're ordering from another country we will contact you by email to advise the remaining shipping costs and request payment.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Each customer is responsible for making sure that the correct shipping details are remitted during the checkout procedure. Customers will be charged for any costs incurred by Simply Silver Wholesale for retrieving any orders sent to an incorrect shipping address. You will also be charged for any further carriage costs for resending your order. Please CHECK your shipping details THOROUGHLY BEFORE confirming your order as you go through the checkout procedure.
RETURNS: Any returns must be advised to us by email PRIOR to the items being returned. WE DO NOT OPERATE A SALE OR RETURN POLICY. Any item received by us without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender and payment will be expected in full.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE: Any items damaged as a result of a packing or shipping error must be advised within 7 days from the date of invoice. We will not be responsible for any advice received after the 7 day period. Any faulty items must be advised by email. Any item received by us without prior notification will not be accepted.
BACK ORDERS AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS: We try to keep our catalogue as nice and tidy as possible. However, certain items may not be in stock at the time of ordering. When this happens we will automatically place the items on backorder and once they come back in again we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery. Items that have been discontinued will be advised upon receipt of the order with us. In both cases we will only charge you for the amount of the goods actually sent.
